Workflow automation · Hong Kong

Your team is doing work your software should be doing.

We map how your business actually runs, find the steps worth automating, and connect them — using the tools you already pay for.

Two weeks · Written plan · Fee credited against the build

The problem

Three signs you are paying people to do machine work

01

The same number gets typed twice

Someone reads a figure off one screen and keys it into another. Every day. It is also where most of your errors come from.

02

Month-end takes days, not hours

Reconciliation, reports, chasing colleagues for numbers — it all lands on one or two people who can do nothing else that week.

03

Getting an answer means asking a person

You want yesterday's figures. There is no screen that shows them. There is a person who can pull them, if they are free.

Services

Four services, each stands on its own

Take one of them, or all four. Most clients start with one and add the next once it holds.

01

AI Consultation

Where AI actually helps in your business, and where it does not. We look at how you operate and tell you which parts are worth it — with numbers, not slides.

02

Workflow Automation

The repetitive work that eats your team's week — re-entering data, reconciling, reporting, chasing. We find it, cost it, and take it off them.

03

System Build

Custom systems for the parts off-the-shelf software does not cover. Built on the tools you already own, so nothing has to be migrated.

04

Website

Sites that do something, not just describe something — booking, enquiry, member areas, connected to whatever runs behind them.

How a project runs

Whichever you pick, the shape of the work is the same

01 · 2 weeks

Scope and price

We look at the actual work, quantify it, write the plan and quote a fixed price. You end up with a document you own — useful even if you stop here.

02 · 4–8 weeks

Build and pilot

The smallest useful piece first, running in production with real data. Only after it holds do we widen the scope.

03

Hand over

Documentation and training so your team maintains it. We would rather you did not need us on a retainer.

Questions

The things people ask before the first call

What does it cost?
The diagnostic is a fixed fee agreed before we start. The build is quoted against the plan that comes out of it, so you see the number before committing. If you proceed, the diagnostic fee comes off the build price.
How long before something actually works?
Two weeks for the diagnostic, then typically four to eight weeks to get the first workflow running in production. We do not run six-month programmes with nothing live in the middle.
Do we have to change our systems?
No. We work with what you already run. If we ever recommend replacing something, it will be in the written plan with the reason and the cost, and it will be your call.
What if it does not work?
That is what the pilot is for. One workflow, real data, in production — before scope widens. If it does not hold up, we have spent weeks finding out, not months.
Are we locked into a monthly fee?
No. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but the engagement is built to be handed over. Documentation and training are part of delivery, not an upsell.
Who touches our data?
We work inside your own accounts and systems wherever possible, so the data stays where it already is. Access is scoped to what the work requires and revoked on handover.

Start with a diagnostic

Two weeks, a written plan, and a number you can make a decision on. Proceed with the build and the fee comes off the price.
